- Deliveries may take longer than usual due to restrictions placed by the Government
- Delivery areas are limited, and Island wide deliveries will commence when normalcy restored
- Our Return Policy will not be applicable during this period for health & safety reasons
Next business day delivery is guaranteed in all areas on all stocked (in stock) products for orders placed before 4pm on business days. Orders placed after 4pm, Holidays and weekends will be delivered on the second business day.
If an item is not stocked (out of stock) delivery will be completed within 2-5 business days.
- A delivery fee starting at Rs. 300.00 will be added to the total receipt for deliveries based on delivery area.
- A handling fee of Rs:50/- will be added to Shipping charges for items that require a handling fee
- Note that ALL deliveries require a signature, so please ensure someone is available to sign for the parcel.
- To ensure ease of delivery, please make sure that your name, phone number and address is accurate.
When an undeliverable package is returned to us we issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges).
We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those products, you're welcome to place a new order.
A package may be considered 'undeliverable' because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt.
If you are not completely happy with your online purchase you can return it to us, within 3 days of receipt.
Provided you comply with the terms below we will refund the price of the goods and the basic delivery charge.
If the product is faulty (meaning it is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not functioning as described), again you can return it to us within 3 days, and we will refund the price paid, less the basic delivery charge, and the cost of packaging for returning the product to your original method of payment.
Other than in the case of faulty products, we will only accept the return of unopened/unused products.
Unless specified in the product description, the products on our store do not carry a warranty.
